*Just before receiving your order.
– We guarantee our customers will receive the order in the 100% condition.When receiving your order delivery, customers should inspect all units for any damages. If boxes are damaged from outside, you should take pictures as proofs and write on the report before signing the BOL. If you believe damaged or wrong product is received from what you’ve ordered, you should take pictures as proofs. In those cases you should then contact our After Sales Service for replacements.
*Unpacking and installing your items.
– Please handle carefully products made with leather, glass, laminate to avoid scratch,damage…you may need help from person familiar with this job.
– Depending on the order item you may get a manual or guideline to install but you also my need help from professional man job. Feel free to contact us for instruction or any assistance when having problem installation.
*Wrong or defective items.
– If the product is determined to be defective, the product will be replaced at no extra charge.
– During one year from the date of purchase, the manufacturer will replace the parts returned that prove to be defective in materials or workmanship. All warranty service will be for defective parts only, not for labor service. Products that have been physically altered in any way are also not covered.
– Receipt of purchase in the form of a bill of sale or receipted invoice which is evidence that the unit is within the warranty period must be presented to gain warranty service. Warranty is null and void if the product is removed from its place of initial installation or is not installed in accordance with proper codes and ordinances.
